SHIPPING

Please allow 24-48 hours for payment processing once your order is placed. Payment processing time is separate from the time allotted for shipments to reach their destination. Our Pre-Made items are ready to be shipped within same week as payment is made.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Shipping addresses can not be changed once your order is submitted. We will only ship to the address that was entered during checkout.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS

The Live Alone team is not responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced items once they leave our possession and are in the hands of the parcel service. All claims must be filed with the respective parcel service that is delivering your package.
